1. I'm really excited just to be in a foreign country and embrace it all. Italy will be a brand new experience for me since the only other time I've been out of the country was when I went to Mexico when I was a kid.
2. I'm so excited to try all of the delicious food that Italy has to offer.
3. I'm going to love seeing the sights and marveling at the beauty of the many different places that we're visiting.
4. I'm looking forward to seeing the operas there, especially the costumes and scenery.
5. As cheesy as it may be, I'm happy that I get the opportunity to go on a gondola ride.
6. I can't wait to shop around there.
7. I'm really interested in the masquerade masks they have for sale in Italy.
8. I'm hoping to learn more Italian as I get there and converse with more people.
9. I can't wait to see the different places we'll be staying, especially the villa in Tuscany.
10. I'm so excited to spend my birthday in Italy on the 19th. :)
