Before Venice:
- Goodbye America, time for Euro
- Get to Airport, bye mom and dad
- Chip my front tooth... Whooooooooops
- Plane to Detroit, plane to Amsterdam, plane to Venice!
- Really tired and smell really bad

In Venice (first night):
- Everyone packed too much
- We are really loud and really American... It’s cool
- Get on a boat taxi and get to our cute little hotel
- SHOWER!
- We are on a floating city WOAH
- All got ready for dinner and throughly enjoyed our first dinner
- WINE and GELATO
- Went on a gondola ride and saw where Casanova lived
- Got drinks in the main square
- BED!!!!
- Woke up at 4 am thinking it was 8 pm... jet lag
First day in Venice:
- BOUN GIORNO
- It is raining A LOT
- Buy an umbrella (should've listened to mom)
- Went to Plaza San Marco
- Shopping and pizza
- Back to plaza and it was completely flooded
- DANCE IN THE RAIN!
- Thought the whole city was going to sink
- Dinner: Ate an entire seafood appetizer
- Everyone on this trip is really cool
- Especially the teachers (better get bonus points for that)
- Go out for drinks and meet some other exchange students
Second day in Venice:
- Glass blowing factory on Moreno Island NEAT!
- Spent lots of money on things
- Get ready for the opera!
- Run to the opera
- Late to the opera
- End up in the nosebleed box seat for the first part
- Move to the floor seats after intermission (MUCH better)
- Fall asleep a couple times
- WOW the opera is beautiful!
Pack everything up before heading to FLORENCE!
